Order & Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Perfect Home! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Order & Shipping Policy:


Can I make changes to my order (e.g. shipping address)?

Yes, if you need to make changes to your order, please send us a message via Contact Us with your order/invoice number within 1 hour after placing an order. Kindly use “Changes to my order” as your subject line.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is accepted within 1 hour after an order has been placed. Please send us a message via Contact Us with your order/invoice number using the subject line: “Cancel my order”.

Can I order products which have been sold-out?

Unfortunately, no, but you can choose to receive an in-stock alert by subscribing to our newsletter. We will notify you via email once the product is back in stock.

I cannot find the product I want in your shop. What do I do?

Sorry about that! We are adding new products from time to time. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or follow us on our social media accounts for the latest product news. You may also check our list of authorized retailers here.

What happens when the product I ordered can no longer be delivered?

It is possible as an exception that the product you ordered can no longer be delivered. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and reimburse your payment.

I did not receive my order confirmation/invoice. What should I do?

Please check your spam email box. If you still cannot find your confirmation, please send us a message via 'Contact Us'.

What should I do when the product I ordered arrived broken?

If an item from your order is faulty or damaged, please send us a message via Contact Us with your order/invoice number not later than 48 hours after delivery. Please use 'Defective item' as your subject line. We will review your request and arrange a replacement for you.

I've returned a product, when can I expect to have my refund?

All returned products are checked for faultless condition (unused and in its original packaging if the product is not broken). The refund process takes place after that and the refund amount should be reflected in your bank account within 7-15 working days.


How long will it take to get my order?

Processing of orders is done on weekdays, except on holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Confirmed orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except on holidays. For Provincial orders, shipping will take 7-10 working days upon order confirmation.

Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, or extreme weather events. The delivery address cannot be changed once order has been paid.

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery for orders within Metro Manila, unless a request is made.

For orders outside Metro Manila, our shipping fees start at Php 200.00 for small packages weighing less than 3kgs, Php 500.00 for 3-5 kgs, and Php 800.00 for bigger packages.

NOTE: For Squatty Potty Curve (White/Black), we have a fixed delivery fee of Php 550 for provincial orders in Luzon, and Php 850 for Visayas and Mindanao.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We have a team dedicated to shipping Metro Manila orders every Tuesday and Thursday.

GrabExpress and Lalamove may also be used by those who wish to receive their item/s, immediately. Please send us a message via Contact Us with your order/invoice number, for assistance regarding this request.

For provincial orders, shipping is made through LBC, J&T, or AP Cargo, depending on availability of service.

LIMITED TIME ONLY. Sale dates use PST as a standard and end on the date indicated. If no end time is specified, the end time is assumed to be 11:59 PM. If no end date is specified, the sale may end at any time without prior warning.


Online price reflects discount. Offer available for select styles only. No substitutions will be allowed. Advertised sale prices cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code, or coupon. No adjustments on previous purchases will be permitted. Only orders completed within the defined sales period qualify for sales price. Perfect Home reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Offers are subject to change without notice.

Perfect Home does not price match any retailer (online or brick-and-mortar).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please send us a message via Contact Us with your order/invoice number not later than 48 hours after delivery. Please use 'Defective item' as your subject line.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it:

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

After our team has reviewed your request, you will be emailed regarding where you can send the item you consider defective to.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original mode of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
